Product group survey progress and approval forms

Each form includes the title of the report and its number, the name of the creating department and suggestions about who it should be distributed to. The reports covered a range of topics from 'The effect of low temperature storage on sweetening in fresh potatoes' to 'Investigation into the microbiological quality of sliced wrapped breads at elevated storage temperature', and were carried out by the Food Analysis and Microbiology departments.
