Video recording of interview of Norris Waller, a butcher at Sainsbury's who started (circa 1960s?) work at Collier Row store (a small self-service store near Romford), later moved to other stores in East London including Upminster and Chadwell Heath, and later ran the staff shop at Blackfriars (Sainsbury's former head office complex). He gives his memories of working at Sainsbury's such as changes in his work, changes in the product range. Interviewed by Bridget Williams (Sainsbury's Archives) at the Royal Lancaster Hotel. This unedited recording was evidently made for the purpose of creating an edited programme. 30 minutes, 26 seconds long.

One additional (non-digitized) video tape is also included in this file but this may be a duplicate.
