Unedited video footage from Wall to Wall Television Ltd, containing interviews of Sainsbury's veterans (retired staff): Mr and Mrs Ridgway, Mrs Palmer, Mr Ingle and Mr Gander and links by a presenter. The interviews discuss conditions during the Second World War and post-war period, especially rationing and availability of certain foodstuffs. Filmed at Sainsbury's Harringay store. Interviewed and presented by unidentified woman. The filming was carried out for Channel 4 - it appears that this was for the "Slice of Life" series of television programmes about food history in 1993.

In addition, one video includes a recording from the 'Money Programme' featuring an interview with Lord Sainsbury of Preston Candover.
