Volume containing cuttings of newspaper advertisements for Shaw's. The volume was originally a cash book (spine label now detached states it was a cash book for January 1909 for 'J.C.S. & Co.') and the advertisements have been pasted over the cash book entries.
A small number of other items are also included such as a Shaw's 'Guide to Better Marketing' leaflet from 1938 and at least one Brockton Public Markets advertisement.
