I started at the meat and fish counter then went to shop floor as Provisions Assistant. Managed to increase mystery customer from 52% to 96% within a year such that for the first time Hendon qualified for a bonus.
Managed to increase sales volume from 250k per week to 500k within a year, a first of its kind in Hendon.
Also reduced wastages and damages of goods getting out of date before reaching the shop floor by 100%.
