Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) neck tie

Navy blue polyester neck tie with fine diagonal lines and a repeated design consisting of an inscription in white, 'IFST'. The tie is lined with black polyester and there is a label on the reverse, 'Polyester COLOURTISE FULWOOD-PRESTON MADE IN UNITED KINGDOM.' This tie was produced by the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) and may have been used to signify membership of the IFST or to mark an event organised by the organisation.
