Plans for the following areas: Banbury; Basingstoke; Beckenham; Cambridge; Chester; Chichester; Christchurch; Guildford (computations only); Harlow; Hastings; Haverhill; Ipswich; Kings Lynn; Lincoln; Newcastle-under-Lyme; North Cheam; Norwich and Pinner. Not all of the sites were developed.
