Brochure (in the style of a newspaper) produced by Sainsbury's and Kennet Properties (subsidiary of Thames Water) promoting a proposed scheme for the redevelopment of a former local council depot and waterworks at Hornsey in the London borough of Haringey. The scheme was intended to be a mixed development including a new Sainsbury's store (30,000 square foot sales area) on Hornsey High Street, open space, other facilities, and housing.
This development did not go ahead in the format proposed in this document. However a new scheme for a development including a Sainsbury's store and housing on this site was granted planning permission in 2014.
