Brown coloured glaze tile. A raised inscription on the reverse of the tile includes the maker's name, 'Minton, Hollins & Co: Patent Tile Works Stoke on Trent'. The tile was used on the walls and counter-fronts in branches such as 44/46 High Street, Lewisham, 87/9 High Road, Balham and 292/4 High Road, Brondesbury.
