The video reminds staff to give great service by talking to customers and smiling. It provides numerous examples of staff at checkouts and elsewhere showing how they greet customers, give them advice about products and offers, and meet the needs of particular types of customer. It is unclear which branches are shown but it seems to cover various parts of the UK. Ends with message onscreen "Together we can make the difference".
The video tape is labelled "P13 Monthly Briefing"[?] but there is no title in the video itself or introduction mentioning this. However in the following Monthly Briefing [AV/1083] Justin King refers to a video which "talked about great service".
