The video seems to be an amateur production presumably made by Sainsbury’s staff. It features staff including area director Mr D.L. Smith and may have been used as a training video for staff in his area.

The video includes footage showing: car driving into car park; store displays (messy and not fully stocked); various shelves and displays being rearranged by staff and cleaned to improve presentation.
