Video consisting of compilation of advertisements and video promoting Red Noses sold exclusively at Sainsbury's and Oxfam stores in support of Comic Relief Red Nose Day. There are three versions of the advertisement (20 seconds, 40 seconds and 60 seconds versions) and a longer (2 minute 32 second) video. The advertisements were presumably intended to be shown on television, but it is unclear how the longer video was intended to be used.

The video features Jamie Oliver (celebrity chef) visiting the Tsepo - Hope Care and Counselling Centre and meeting the children and staff. The centre in the Tsakane Township, Johannesburg, South Africa helps children who have lost their parents due to AIDS.
