Postcards of paintings, teachers notes and teachers pack introductory page from the 1994 Pictures for Schools scheme. The 1994 scheme gave 1500 primary schools a set of four framed reproductions of paintings, a teachers pack and a video copy of the BBC Education programme about the paintings. Sainsbury's store managers chose schools in their local area to participate in the scheme.
