The branches are arranged alphabetically and the results in chronological order usually on a yearly basis, from April to March. However often the results are split differently when there was a change of manager. Each set of results is broken down into sales, gross profit, net profit and expenses for the branch and the salary, extras and bonus for the manager. There is a column for remarks (including information about transfers of managers between branches) and the name of the manager of the branch is given for each year. The date of the opening of the branch is also noted.
