Each double page has the following columns: 'Shop' (name of the branch), 'Paid & Payable' (later labelled as 'Paid'), 'Debited', 'Debit', 'Credit', 'Remarks', 'Date of Alteration' (contains monetary values rather than a date, and later in the volume this column is not labelled), and 'Present Expenses' (later in the volume relabelled as 'Weekly Charge').

The figures are given for a 52 week or a 26/27 week period for each branch.
