Photographs showing David Sainsbury (later Lord Sainsbury of Turville) with Sainsbury's Veteran (retired member of staff) Reg Ranger at a book signing ceremony on 17 October 1994 at Cromwell Road, London store for the launch of 'The Best Butter in the World: A History of Sainsbury's' by Bridget Williams. It appears that a butter patting demonstration was also given on a mock counter. See JS Journal November 1994 page 13-14 for more information.
