Photograph of Sainsbury's display relating to pork products at a conference organized by the National Farmers Union (NFU). The conference was intended "to discuss ways and means of increasing home production of pigs on the available supplies of feeding stuff". The image is featured in JS Journal May 1952.

The display has a caption "From these two 7/9 score pigs, together weighing 320 lbs., Sainsbury's COULD provide the 440 lbs. of GOOD FOOD shown here." and features two (model?) pigs and various products including sausages, bacon, pies, black pudding, and liver sausage. A further caption reads "Pork Products. Manufactured and displayed by J. Sainsbury Ltd, London".
