Recording of a Sainsbury's Business Television programme for Sainsbury's staff (mainly store management teams). It was broadcast on Tuesday 12 March and Thursday 14 March 2002 by satellite to Sainsbury's stores, depots and offices.

Contents:
1. Introduction - video showing stores, staff and customers; and introduction by unidentified narrator.
2. "Sainsbury's for spring" - Peter King (Retail Operations Director) discusses Easter and spring trading including: importance of Easter/spring trading; Easter toolkit with information for store management at Easter; recipe cards for spring with Jamie Oliver; Sainsbury's Bank; busy shopping hours during Easter; and importance of customer service.
3. Advertisement with Jamie Oliver about the 15 recipe cards featuring Jamie Oliver available in Sainsbury's stores. The advert depicts Jamie Oliver entering the kitchen of a Sainsbury's customer and giving him some tips with cooking.
4. "Local heroes" - Jon Hartland (Retail Director for Change) discusses the company's 'Local Heroes' scheme in which Sainsbury's will support staff who volunteer with charities and in their communities including additional funding provided by the company; interviews with staff at a store (probably White Rose Savacentre) and in Holborn Store Support Centre (head office) who are involved in community projects and charities.
5. "Store managers conference" - short report on conference on theme of "The Difference is You", a video about the conference will be posted to store managers next week.
6. "Recipe" - Steve Parkins (Innovation Chef) demonstrates how to cook spring lamb with potatoes and spring greens.

Duration: 9 minutes. Includes footage of: spring and Easter products and displays including Easter eggs; point of sale advertising for Easter; customers shopping; checkouts; the store managers conference. The in-store footage is probably from White Rose Savacentre in Leeds (the video ends with text onscreen reading "thanks to colleagues at the business centre and food centre, Holborn and at White Rose Savacentre".
