Recording of a Sainsbury's Business Television programme for Sainsbury's staff (mainly store management teams). It was broadcast on 26 June 2002 by satellite to Sainsbury's stores, depots and offices.

The programme includes information about stock loss and the "Eat Your Way to Better Health" campaign. The programme features staff at Christchurch store and the Sainsbury's Food Centre at Holborn Business Centre (head office). Footage from inside and outside Christchurch store, and of various products is included.

2. Kate Arthur (dietician) talks about the new "Sainsbury's freefrom..." range, which are gluten, wheat and/or dairy free for people with allergies or intolerances.

4. Sarah Richards (nutritionist) talks about Sainsbury's Way to Five range (including canned vegetables, smoothies, ) to encourage people to eat more fruit and vegetables.
5. Kate McBain (development chef) makes a recipe from the new "Eat Your Way to Better Health" leaflet.

7. Sue Oldreive (nutrition scientist) talks about Sainsbury's Be Good to Yourself range of lower fat foods - with new products launched.

9. Television commercial with Jamie Oliver and a friend promoting the Sainsbury's Freefrom range.
10. Ian Ekins (retail operations director) talks about stock loss including reducing food waste, markdowns ('reduced to clear'), unknown losses and theft. Includes footage from Christchurch store.
11. Alan Barker (store manager, Christchurch), Dave Mussel (greeter, Christchurch), Vincent Eveleigh (security guard) and Graham Naylor (retail support director) talking about the role of greeter to welcome customers and deter theft. With customer "vox pop" interviews and footage from Christchurch store.
