Recording of a video for Sainsbury's staff (mainly store management teams) promoting "The Running Nose": sponsored fun-runs to raise money for Comic Relief. Although it is not introduced as a Sainsbury's Business Television programme the opening sequence is similar to programmes from around the same time.

The video includes hints for taking part and a message from comedian Lenny Henry.
