Recording of a Sainsbury's Business Television programme for Sainsbury's staff (mainly store management teams) mainly focussing on attracting family shoppers over the summer. It was broadcast on 1 July 2003 by satellite to Sainsbury's stores, depots and offices. It was presented by Caroline Froggatt from Nine Elms store.

00:44: Interview with Finn Cottle (General Manager, Dairy) providing an update on "First for Fresh", an initiative to improve the company's offer and sales for fresh foods such as fresh fruit and vegetables, and cheese. Includes details about and footage of fresh fruit, fresh juice, Blue Parrot Café products, Be Good to Yourself products and pre-packed picnic platter from delicatessen, and footage of customers with children, presumably in Nine Elms store.
03:18: Interview with Dominic Rowle (senior manager, national advertising) about: Sainsbury's "win a summer to remember" promotion, which offered various prizes for children; "Summer Solutions" booklets to keep children occupied; Blue Parrot Café Cook Club and website feature; Nectar card offers linked to the campaign; meeting families' service expectations. Includes footage related to each area discussed.
05:21: Concluding remarks by presenter including mention of competition for staff to win a training day for their child at the Bobby Charlton Soccer School and reminder of the purpose of the "Summer kids campaign". Followed by more brief clips of point of sale advertising, products and customers.
