The programme features Adam Fowle, Retail Director "providing an update on a number of key messages and priorities for Autumn" (description from tape sleeve). Some footage from inside a Sainsbury's store (or stores) is included but the store is not identified.
Contents: comments on good sales figures; service programme - targets on customer service being met, footage of checkout with 'scan and pack' service, Wylde Green Local, Wigan, Sydenham and Pinhoe Road congratulated on customer service performance, managers of successful stores offered course at Disney in Orlando; launch of new general merchandise range in autumn; planning for Christmas; improving availability - footage in a store of displays and staff filling shelves etc, footage of delivery being received; and a final message/summary.
