My mum worked in the Butcher department in Sainsburys Angel Islington in the mid to late 1980s.As a treat every week she would buy me a Walker book. My absolute favourite book was The biggest snowball ever by John Rogan. I adored the pictures of the snowmen with all their different accessories and was thrilled at the idea children could be swept up in a snowball like a currant bun. I have treasured this book. Now my 2 year old requests it at bedtime and I am reading it to her 30 years later.
