This was my first real introduction to Thai food and this recipe was a firm favourite as we grew up. I still have the card albeit very tattered and worn and it remains a favourite with my own children!

Have been using this card since I worked for the first store at Westwood Broadstairs. It's such a tasty recipe with all the flavours complimenting each other. Won of the first Oriental recipes I ever tried and I'm still cooking today.
