Period 1 Monthly Briefing. (13th March - 7th April 2017) Includes presenters Natalie Dunn (Head of Customer Experience) and Alex Young (Stevange store). Covers changes in Making Customers Matter (MCM) and its three pillars: Friendly and focused, listen and understand and successful resolution; Red Nose Day 2017 (including messages from Lenny Henry, Jo Brand, Harry Hill, David Walliams, Josh Widdicombe, Doc Brown, Marvin and Rochelle Humes; and news round up.
