00:35: Comedian and television personality Lenny Henry thanks Sainsbury's staff for raising over £1 million for Sport Relief, and encourages them to raise money for 2007's Comic Relief Red Nose Day as well.
00:56: Clips of Sport Relief and Comic Relief television programmes and fundraising, followed by Sainsbury's chief executive Justin King introducing the programme from 41 Liverpool Road, Islington branch
02:03: Footage of the uses of money raised for Comic Relief.
03:50: A parody of Marks & Spencer's "This is not just food" television commercials introduces footage of store manager Jamie Baker in a bathtub of baked beans, followed by other branch staff and Lenny Henry giving details of a Red Nose Day raffle which could be held by branches.
05:20: Details of a Red Nose Day T-shirt which staff could buy, followed by former footballer and television personality Gary Lineker promoting "Walkears" (novelty fundraising ears produced by Walkers Crisps).
06:12: Retail director Ken McMeikan introduces "the Bigger Picture", a large picture of a Red Nose to be displayed on the exterior of the Holborn Business Centre made up of small pieces signed by branch staff.
06:38: Various branch staff and Justin King encourage staff to raise money and have fun, followed by further clips of Red Nose Day television programmes.

The names and areas of responsibility of various branch staff are given onscreen when they appear in the video. Credits onscreen at end read: "A big thank you to all colleagues at Scunthorpe, Kirkcaldy and Islington stores" and give special thanks to selected staff.
