Video produced as part of Sainsbury’s campaign for the legalization of Sunday trading. The video promotes benefits of Sunday trading and answers questions which people may have.

At the time the video was produced in 1992, Sunday trading was still officially illegal in England and Wales (with a few exceptions) but the restrictions by then were ignored by many retailers including major supermarkets and many shops were busy with customers on Sundays. This became a matter of public debate with one side of the debate (including many retailers) campaigning for a legalization of Sunday opening and the other side campaigning for the ban on Sunday opening to be enforced.

This "customer version" of the video includes "vox pop" brief interviews with customers at Sainsbury's East Dulwich branch on the questions of "How often do people shop on Sundays?"; "Why do people shop on Sundays?"; "What difference would it make if Superstores were to close on Sundays?"; "Are there any negative sides to Sunday shopping?". Footage of the exterior and car park of East Dulwich (80 Dog Kennel Hill) branch is included at the beginning of the video.

Duration: 6 minutes 4 seconds (6 minutes 34 seconds including countdown clock). Produced by Fountain Television.
