Pack of papers relating to a workshop for managers of Sainsbury's CTS (Country Town Stores) format stores (smaller supermarkets in towns which did not have a large superstore) held on 21 July 1998.
The pack contains: an agenda; detailed minutes (flipcharts and discussion); a summary of main issues and action points; and handouts. A covering memorandum is also included to distribute the pack to various people in the company. The pack was sent by the CTS Project Manager to the nine workshop delegates from the CTS stores and to 25 others in the company.
