Video comprising vox pops (brief interviews/comments) from Sainsbury's managerial staff filmed at at the Sainsbury's "One Company One Agenda" convention, held in Brighton on 9-10 February 1999. The staff give their thoughts about what they liked about the company’s new brand identity and associated strategy (featuring the “making life taste better” slogan, and also internally referred to as the "noble purpose"). The video also includes brief clips of the convention.

The label suggests this video was intended to be shown during the opening address for day 2 of the convention or a similar event. It is unclear who or what "PCE" refers to.
