Video for Sainsbury's staff with highlights of the Sainsbury's Retail Conference 2004 held at the ICC (International Convention Centre) in Birmingham. The conference appears to have been mainly for store managers.
The video features presentations by various Sainsbury's directors. Clips of some videos shown at the conference are also included, including some footage from Sainsbury's stores with staff at work. "All Together Now" by The Farm is used as a musical theme throughout the video.
