Includes footage of: preparations of display boards; catering preparations; instructions being given to event staff; shareholders and directors (including chairman John Davan Sainsbury, Baron Sainsbury of Preston Candover and David Sainsbury) arriving, going through security and registering; shareholders talking to directors over food and drink, including Dino Adriano having a chat with an elderly woman about cooking fish and Homebase, a discussion in a small group about the price of dried chives, David Sainsbury talking about the French patisserie on offer and some questions about corned beef and tinned ham.
