Briefing pack on Rights issue

Briefing pack about a stock exchange announcement Sainsbury's made about a rights issue to shareholders which would raise approximately £489.4 million new capital to be used in developing the business. The rights issue was an offer of further shares to existing shareholders in order to raise money for expansion. According to the label on the front cover the pack was issued to Mr I J Hunt [departmental director for marketing services] at Stamford House.
