Two editions (October [c. 1975] and June 1975 edition) of a newsletter produced by Sainsbury's for food studies tutors in the Inner London Education Authority (ILEA, the former Local Education Authority responsible for schools in inner London boroughs, it was later dissolved and its functions transferred to the London borough councils).
The newsletters feature articles on wine, Hoddesdon depot, packaging, 'New Food for One' booklet, food labelling, the company's first resident home economist at Telford store, and changes to shopping.
