Video consisting of footage of interviews with three Sainsbury's directors about Sainsbury's plans to transform its supply chain. At the beginning of each interview the interviewers mention a forthcoming "7 in 3" forum, which the interviewees were unable to attend ("7 in 3" refers to the plan to complete seven years' work in three years - see also 'JS Journal' November 2001, pp.12-13). Following each interview the interviewee speaks directly to the camera. The video was presumably intended to be played at the forum. The interviewers are director, supply chain development Andy Banks and senior manager, supply chain operations and planning Diane Carter.
