This relates to two companies which were located at Red Bank Road, Blackpool (a Sainsbury's store was built on this road, which opened in 1984). The companies appear to have been taken over by Sainsbury's, presumably in connection with building the store and went into liquidation in 1983 (its registered office at the time of liquidation was Stamford House - Sainsbury's head office).
