"Building Better Business: Out in Front" training video

Customer service training video made for Sainsbury’s Branch Operations Training Department. This relates specifically to the roles of the front end service assistant and cashier in serving customers and packing bags at the checkout.

It was part of the ‘Building Better Business’ training programme and was intended for branch staff and management. The video covers: the job of a front end service assistant; instruction in how to pack and wrap; and action to take in case of queries or accidents at the checkout. Examples are demonstrated of good and poor customer service.

Footage is included showing customers and staff at the checkout, and packing bags. Filmed in an unidentified Sainsbury’s store.
