Photographs showing the luncheon held on 28 May 1969 to celebrate Sainsbury's centenary for Sainsbury's Veterans (retired staff). The event was held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, Bayswater, London on two floors. 970 of the Veterans attended the lunch, who travelled on coaches arranged from all over southern England. Some photographs are included in JS Journal July 1969 (pages 48-55).
