Press release announcing changes to Board responsibilities: John Sainsbury is Chairman and Chief Executive, E.R. Griffiths becomes Managing Director (and also remains Deputy Chairman), and P.J. Davis becomes Assistant Managing Director responsible for Buying and Marketing.
