Draft press release from The Milton Keynes Process Ltd about the new baking process conceived by Bob Emmott of Sainsbury's and developed by The Milton Keynes Process Ltd (a joint venture of Sainsbury's, The Kear Group, APV Baker and Gist-Brocades). The process enabled bread products to be pre-formed at a central site then transported to in-store bakeries where they are baked.
