Press release announcing Sainsbury's "£6 million project to mark the next millennium by setting up a national Bookstart programme in partnership with the educational charity Book Trust". Sainsbury's Bookstart would give a book to every baby when they are nine months old. The scheme would run for a two year period starting January 1999.
