Papers relating to a review of the Public Relations Department as part of a review by the DAC (presumably one of Sainsbury's directors/management commitees) of all head office departments. The review was to allow the DAC "to discuss and understand fully the effectiveness, trends and thinking of top management about each functional area for which they are responsible".
