Recording of a Sainsbury's Business Television programme for Sainsbury's staff (mainly store management teams) featuring Peter King, Retail Operations Director (Eastern zone) summarising the key areas stores should focus on in the run up to Easter. It was broadcast on 23 March 2004 by satellite to Sainsbury's stores, depots and offices. It was filmed at Stanway store in Colchester and including footage from Stanway of store displays, fresh food counters, store warehouse, staff, customers, and checkouts.

Discusses: importance of Easter; Easter eggs; flower displays near the entrance; produce (fresh fruit and vegetables); making the store look great; fresh fish counters; offers on meat including lamb; bakery including hot cross buns; beers, wines and spirits department; general merchandise (non-food products such as homeware, gardening, DVDs, cuddly lamb); good examples of product displays (Easter eggs, flowers, delicatessen etc); importance of an organized warehouse; customer service and checkouts; reviewing labour schedules; conclusion; summary list of special offers.
