The video provides training to store managers on how to recruit customers to take part in a focus group, how to organize the focus group sessions and how to moderate the sessions. The focus groups were aimed at finding out customer views about the store and what could be improved. A manual (in a ringbinder) was provided to store managers to provide further advice, and is referred to in the video.
