Customer account wallet

Customer accounts Payment

Rectangular cardboard wallet covered in a textured burgundy material. The wallet is inscribed on the front in gold, 'J. SAINSBURY' and a length of elastic attached to the back can be looped over the front cover to keep the wallet closed. A white metal spring clip is attached to the inside of the front cover and a label indicating the terms of customer accounts is on the inside of the back cover. The wallet may have held customer account invoices or customer account books. An invoice for fabric and clothing is clipped into the wallet, but appears to be unrelated to Sainsbury's.
