Photograph showing Jan Hole (Mayor of Bath) and Lord Sainsbury of Drury Lane (Alan Sainsbury, former chairman of Sainsbury's) with others (including manager S. Whyte, and a director Colin Harvey) outside the former Green Park railway station in Bath (which had been restored by Sainsbury's as part of the development of Sainsbury's Bath branch). The image was featured in 'JS Journal' August 1985 (page 3), which stated "A fitting new tenant for the JS-restored Green Park Station is the Bath Society, watchdog of the city's conservation, preservation and development. The society now occupies the first floor of the building and will have its headquarters within the 2,000 sq ft complex. In commemoration of the joint setting up of the room between JS [Sainsbury's] and the society. Lord and Lady Sainsbury unveiled a plaque in the presence of the Mayor, Mrs Jan Hole. The meeting room's main feature is an ornate plaster ceiling rebuilt to the original design". Photograph by Wessex Newspapers, Bath ('JS Journal' attributes it to Bath Evening Chronicle).
