Television commercial (10 seconds) for Sainsbury's Fresh Beef Mince (95p per lb).

The advertisement is one of a series of 10 second advertisements broadcast in September to November 1990 to promote various special offers. The advertisements are all on the theme of customers being able to afford a little 'extra' when they shop at Sainsbury's, with actors performing a brief sketch and hand-drawn backdrops to give a cartoon-like appearance. In this sketch a member of staff in a restaurant is writing down the specials menu on a blackboard - every dish contains fresh mince.

The advert ends with the slogan "Good Food Costs Less at Sainsbury's". The advertising agency reference is possibly AMV/SAPP086/010 but this has not been confirmed. The advertisement appears to be one from the Autumn 1990 promotion which was broadcast in the week commencing 5 November 1990 (see Special Bulletin 331/90).
