Round glazed ceramic plate with a scalloped edge. White ground with a repeated transfer printed rose design and gold edges. There is an inscription on the base of the plate, '43'. Part of a tea set given away to customers who saved up tokens from Sainsbury's tea. Article relating to the offer at 6 Haymarket, Norwich branch in Eastern Daily Press, Feb 6 1914.
