"Freefrom" products advertised in leaflet include wheat and gluten free pastas (such as Italian corn penne), dairy free soft spread with garlic & herbs; gluten, wheat and dairy free savoury biscuits and lemon cake; dairy free soya UHT drink; gluten and wheat free coconut cookies, and suma walnut halves.

Leaflet features colour photographs of these products and a recipe for chicken with walnuts, garlic and herbs which includes 3 "Freefrom" products in its ingredients; also present is text advertising the availability of over 100 more recipes suitable for people with food intolerances or allergies online at www.sainsburys.co.uk, a £5 saving on the customer's first online shopping order with Sainsbury's to You, and a competition to win an annual membership at LivingWell (UK health club operator).

Accompanying A4 mailshot leaflet includes the customer's address, a letter addressed to the customer promoting the "Freefrom" range, money-off coupons for various "Freefrom" products, and a voucher entitling the customer to free delivery worth £5 on their first online shop with Sainsbury's to You.
