"Introducing Sainsbury's" video

Video providing a brief summary of what Sainsbury’s offers to customers at its supermarkets.

The video includes information on: features of stores; range and quality of products available (food and non-food); customer information (signs, leaflets etc); staff and customer service; locations of stores; and freshness of food.

Includes footage of: Burpham, Guildford store exterior; Harrogate Road, Bradford store exterior; staff preparing for the opening of Harrogate Road, Bradford store including visit by J.D. Sainsbury; still historic images from the Sainsbury Archive; store interior with customers and staff; delicatessen counter; fruit and vegetables department; in-store bakery; various own-brand products (including dairy, ready meals, wine, non-foods); customer information (signs, leaflets etc); bus arriving outside Burpham store; checkouts (including wide checkout for disabled persons and barcode scanning); toilets; cash machines; using computer to order stock in office; warehouse at store; fish counter; and customer "Vox pop" interviews about things they like about Sainsbury’s.
