Press release issued jointly by J. Sainsbury Ltd and South Bedfordshire District Council announcing an agreement has been signed for the new Ashton Square shopping development. The site owned by the council will be developed and financed by Sainsbury's who won the bid for the development. The development is to include a Sainsbury's supermarket, and eleven other shops.
